Social Media Content Producer

Compensation: $20–$30/hour, depending on experience

Role Description

This is for someone who thinks beyond making posts look good. You understand storytelling, audiences, brand positioning, and what makes content effective.

We're a small, collaborative team that cares about doing excellent work, supporting one another, and building genuine relationships with our clients. We value good ideas, thoughtful communication, people who take initiative, and teammates who care about the details as much as we do.

What You'll Do

Develop content concepts aligned with each client's brand and strategy
Write engaging, accurate, on-brand captions and hooks
Design graphics, carousels, and Stories in Canva
Create and edit short-form Reels
Complete revisions quickly and accurately
Run quality checks before anything is handed off
Keep editable files organized so anyone on the team can pick them up
Schedule approved content in Later as agreed

You're a Fit If

2+ years demonstrated experience creating social media content. Agency or multi-client experience preferred
Ability to adapt to distinct brand voices and visual identities
You understand composition, hierarchy, and brand consistency
Understanding of platform trends and performance metrics
Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and independent problem-solving
You deliver on time, every time

Role Description

We need someone who can confidently manage day-to-day delivery, anticipate needs, and make sure our clients feel supported without requiring constant oversight.

What You'll Do

Lead proactive, professional communication with assigned clients
Own deadlines and keep each content cycle moving
Gather client feedback and route it to the production team
Secure approvals on schedule
Coordinate tasks, timelines, and handoffs in ClickUp
Oversee scheduling and verify that content publishes correctly
Coordinate client reporting

You're a Fit If

Client-facing account management experience. Agency or social media experience preferred
You're highly organized and comfortable working inside systems
You communicate clearly and anticipate client needs
You can manage multiple accounts and deadlines without things slipping
You take ownership and flag issues early
