We know your time is valuable, and our goal is to help you get back to focusing on what you do best. Here's a breakdown of how we’ll collaborate to elevate your social media presence:
1 | Kick-Off Call.
After you fill out our Discovery Questionnaire, we will use this to guide our initial meeting, we'll dive into your goals, challenges, and vision for your brand. This is where we get a feel for what you need, want, and answer any questions.
2 | Social Media Strategy Creation.
After the kickoff call, we’ll take ~5 business days to craft a tailored social media strategy for your brand. Once it’s ready, we’ll share it with you for approval.
3 | Content Calendar Development.
Once you approve the strategy, we'll begin building your first two weeks of content. This takes around 5-7 business days. Please ensure you’ve sent over all assets from the Getting Started Checklist to keep things moving smoothly.
4 | Content Approval & Final Prep.
After receiving your feedback on the content, we’ll finalize everything and get your approval. Once we’ve got the green light, we’ll begin scheduling and posting.
Every other Monday, you’ll receive a link to review the next two weeks of content with a 48-hour window for edits. After any revisions are made, we’ll send the content back to you for a final look. Once everything’s approved, we schedule it to go live—and you won’t need to worry about anything from that point onward!
5 | Launch & Ongoing Management.
Now, the fun begins! We’ll start posting and continue to manage your social media, ensuring it aligns with your brand and engages your audience. You can sit back, relax, and watch your brand grow. This process ensures we’re both aligned and can move forward quickly.

Once contracts are signed, onboarding takes between 2-4 weeks, the quicker we receive what we need from you the quicker we can begin!

We send you a link every other Monday to review two weeks' worth of content. You’ll have a 48-hour window to request any changes. Once revisions are made, we send it back for your final approval before scheduling it for posting. This ensures you’re always in the loop, but it also allows us to handle the bulk of the work for you.

In short, yes! Before we begin, we will create a designated shared folder for you to upload assets (photos, logos, etc.). The more information and content you provide, the faster we can begin building your strategy and content calendar. We recommend quarterly content shoots to keep high quality content fresh, this is something we can provide or you can do on your own.

Once we’ve agreed on your strategy and content, we’ll take over the creation of all your posts, reels, and stories. The only thing you'll need to do is review and approve the content before it goes live.

Life happens! We get it, we ask that you give our team as much of a heads up as possible. If you need to make changes to scheduled content, we’ll do our best to accommodate within 24-48 hours.

You’ll have a monthly meeting with us to discuss your social media performance and next steps. Additionally, you'll receive quarterly reporting to help track analytics and performance.
